After spending many years abroad, he speaks a multitude of languages including Danish, Spanish, English, Norwegian and Swedish to name but a few. During his years of practical experience as a Property Project Designer, he has developed many high-end projects including hotels, offices, condominiums and luxury villas all over the world: Dubai, Thailand, Brazil, Ukraine, Morocco, Cape Verde and of course here in Spain where his really heart belongs.
Kristian’s active involvement in designing and developing homes here on the Coast means he knows the ins and outs of every step of the developmental construction process. Combined with his 15 years of experience as a real estate agent on the Costa del Sol, Kristian has developed an extensive and valuable network of professionals within the industry and can offer a bespoke, personal client service, regardless of what you are looking for!
Originally from France, Aurelie has spent many years living and working all over the world including India, South East Asia and Australia. A young entrepreneur, after graduating in Business Administration and Business Law, she specialised in Investment Properties and set up her first business in her early 20’s.
Aurelie can understand her clients needs like nobody else. Her unrivalled product knowledge, legal skills and extensive contact list means she will always find ‘a needle in a haystack’: the perfect property for any requirements.
